Your first step toward receiving Home Health services will be a careful assessment of your needs, which will be personally conducted by one of our expert nurses or therapists. Their recommendations will then be communicated to your primary care doctor, since a formal physician order is always required. Once services are authorized, we’ll create your Personal Care Plan, and your first Home Health visits can usually begin within 48 hours of referral.
