Nothing is more personal than receiving care, so getting started with AgeRight always begins with a visit to your home by our Field Supervisor. We’ll take the time to get to know you and your family, and to truly understand your unique requirements. A written, individualized service plan will then be created, and we’ll carefully choose caregivers for you who have the skills, experience and personality that best match your needs.

Within the first 14 days of service and every quarter as long as you’re a Home Care client, the Field Supervisor will return to your home to make sure that appropriate and safe techniques are being used, that the written service plan meets your needs and is being followed, and that the assigned caregiver is a good fit. Client support is available 24/7, and we’ll respond to your call within 15 minutes.

After hearing about all the Home Care services and flexibility we offer, your next question will probably be, “Great, but what does it cost?” Our fee structure is surprisingly simple—a basic rate for personal care and homemaker services, with an additional charge for nights and weekends, and for any medication management help you require. When you choose AgeRight Care at Home, we require no minimum length of contract, and only a three-hour minimum per caregiver shift.
